Abstract


The macrocyclic polyamines can occur with metal ions , organic cations , organic anion and neutral molecule coordination role is an excellent ligand with good coordination ability . It has a very wide range of applications in chiral recognition , the research and development of new materials and metal enzyme analog . The macrocyclic polyamine amide type is a special macrocyclic polyamine amide structure , both have the macrocyclic polyamine good coordination ability , but also both the structural features of the oligopeptide . This thesis inexpensive and easily obtained glycine and L-alanine as a starting material , was synthesized through a series of steps out of the two amide-type macrocyclic polyamine and its selectivity of N- substituted derivatives thereof modified 10 comprising macrocyclic polyamine derivatives of the different substituents . This thesis, synthesis Macrocyclic simple and effective post-processing easier to get the high purity of the product , and lay a foundation for the future related to the synthesis of macrocyclic polyamines . In addition , the paper also its additives Candida antarctica lipase B (CAL-B) catalytic metolachlor intermediate 2 - [ (2 - methyl-6 - ethyl) phenylamino ] - Group C methyl selective hydrolysis of the impact of the initial exploration .
