Abstract


Text broadcast, which is a kind of online deductive and interactive communication manner as well as using live television or network signals for information and with the help of specific input/output system, take the network platform as a media, with text forms to the Internet users to spread information. In the Network Era, the Internet has gradually become the special field for audience to watch games, understand event information and publish personal comments. In the past decade, text broadcast has supply another way for audience who cannot watch TV to watch game, and it has gradually be accepted by audience.Chinese four major portals began to broadcast NBA games at the end of 20th century. Sina, which started by sports, its text broadcasting has been in a leading position by the whole manufacture process as technology innovation, the improvement of the quality of live member and specialization divisionThis paper selects Sina’s NBA text broadcast content, form, style etc. from 2006 to 2010 to research.Although Sina’s NBA text broadcast play the best role in this industry, there are still some problems. As the newly sprouted thing in our country, there was always been the homogeneity and been in the developing phase.The article classify the existed literature about Sina’s NBA text broadcast through athletics, books, newspapers and periodicals. Further, compare to CCTV-5, Tecent, Sohu and other mass medias to obtain some conclusions as follow: 1) The process of Sina’s NBA text broadcast reflects detailed division and convenient operation characteristics. Live members can use backstage easily. But the stability of backstage and the professional quality of live members are needed to improve further. 2) The design of Sina’s NBA text broadcast reflects integrated and humanized embodies characteristics. Succinct style let audience are easy to receive information of games, but it can still improve more in some details.3) The content of Sina’s NBA text broadcast reflects the style of rapid, accurate, comprehensive and objective. But the concrete contents and program settings can do better.4) The resource integration of Sina’s NBA text broadcast reflects multi-pronged approach characteristics. Wireless department, chat room, Sina UC and Sina micro blog are all gradually become the interactive region. But it can enhance in staffing and depth integrate resource. In all, the paper will also obtain forward related feasibility suggestions for improvement.
