Abstract


In recent years, in the dual role of the national policy support and financial support, the media industry has been continuously developing and strengthening. After China join the WTO, the media industry not only has to face an increasingly fierce market competition of domestic, but also joined the ranks of global competition, and must face the pressure of the competition which from the large foreign media groups. After several rounds of reform, the Broadcasting &TV Group, as the main force of China’s media industry, has achieved some promising results, and the competitiveness of the Group has been increased. However, compared with foreign successful media group, China’s Broadcasting &TV Group still has a big gap in the innovation. There is a series of problems in the traditional enterprise system of China’s Broadcasting &TV Group, which is a serious impediment to the further development and expansion of the Broadcasting &TV Group. Therefore, deepen the enterprise reform of the Broadcasting &TV Group to establish and perfect the modern enterprise system has become an inevitable choice for China’s Broadcasting &TV Group.This paper introduces the theory of modern enterprise system; analyze the situation in the modern enterprise system and the problems of the Broadcasting &TV Group. Believe that the core issues of the modern enterprise system are the arrangement of property system and the corporate governance structure. Therefore, analyzed and compared the successful experience of the arrangement of property system and the corporate governance structure in foreign state-owned enterprise reform. Hunan Broadcasting Group as an example points out the problems of China’s Broadcasting &TV Group in the process of building a modern enterprise system. On the basis of analysis and summary, proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for the constructing modern enterprise system of China’s Broadcasting &TV Group.
