Abstract


Purpose: through the clinical patients randomized to observe, explore iliac fascia room block for security effectiveness after hip replacement. Methods: observation and analysis of 50 patients with hip replacement. For group A after hip arthroplasty using iliac fascia room block analgesia group. Group B for irregular drug use analgesia after hip joint replacement group. Observation analysis in patients with postoperative pain, limb motion block situation and quadriceps muscle power and related adverse events. Results: all patients by observing the 50 cases, through the NRS digital evaluation questionnaire to assess the patient's pain, through ask client movement (Bromage score) lower limbs to evaluate degree of limb movement of block, record the time point of the quadriceps muscle and limb muscle strength, and record side effects was observed. Results group A NRS score significantly lower than the control group, the degree of limb block, there was no evident difference influence on muscle strength and side effects. Conclusion: iliac fascia room block used for analgesia after hip replacement is an effective, simple and safe method.
