Is well known that patients with hormone -sensitive breast cancer need to line endocrine therapy , postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for hormone -sensitive breast cancer patients when endocrine therapy so far no clear conclusion of the study from the observed breast cancer chemotherapy and endocrine therapy efficacy paper aims to seek the best treatment for these patients means and ways . Methods: March 2008 to December 2009 , the Division admitted 43 cases of breast cancer patients after radical . Divided into two groups, one for the chemotherapy group, 21 patients (CAF program ) ; another group of chemotherapy and endocrine therapy group, 22 patients (CAF programs at the same time oral ATM) . The two groups of patients were female , age 36 to 65 years old , with a median age of 49 years old . Of patients enrolled in the clinical stage, immunohistochemistry , receptor (ER , PR) detection indicators no significant differences in endocrine therapy and should be in each group after four cycles of treatment efficacy , each patient were performed before and after treatment gynecological sonography endometrial medication before and after each detection CEA , CA15 , CA125 , simultaneous recording adverse events during the treatment . Results : The two groups in the treatment efficiency similar to , but more adverse events in the chemotherapy plus endocrine group , mainly in endometrial thickening , bleeding , bone pain . Conclusion : After treatment efficacy , no significant difference between the two , but combined with hormonal therapy patients have more adverse events during treatment , and most patients is difficult or unwilling to accept this adverse reaction , very difficult for some patients adhere to the completion of chemotherapy treatment . Thus , hormone -sensitive breast cancer during the postoperative chemotherapy unfit combined with hormonal therapy , the best in the end of chemotherapy the subsequent penetration endocrine treatment .
