Objective: To explore the low molecular weight heparin by low-molecular-weight heparin to prevent total knee replacement clinical observation of postoperative deep vein thrombosis, total knee arthroplasty prevention of deep venous thrombosis clinical efficacy for the clinical application of low molecular weight heparin to prevent deep vein thrombosis after total knee replacement formed to provide a reference. Methods: 2008.02-2009.10, Jilin University Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital orthopedic total knee replacement surgery 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups for the study, 20 patients in each. One group was given prophylactic low molecular weight heparin, another group did not undergo prophylactic treatment, and then the two groups controlled clinical studies. Medication groups: patients after the first day of the low molecular weight heparin 5000u subcutaneous injection once a day for 7 days after application to discontinue the drug, this group of patients is not used by other anticoagulants and coagulation drug. Control group: patients did not use the low-molecular-weight heparin and other anticoagulants, and coagulation drug, other measures for the prevention of deep venous thrombosis with drug group. Admission preoperative routine examination 1 day before surgery, ultrasound Doppler examination to rule out the old thrombosis, postoperative Doppler to check for deep venous thrombosis, observe and record the amount of blood transfusion to assess bleeding and drainage, inspection group of patients with blood and coagulation conventional, two groups were compared red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelet count and APTT. Results: Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound in 40 patients there was no deep vein thrombosis. Postoperative Doppler examination control group of deep venous thrombosis incidence of 6 cases (30%), treatment group of deep venous thrombosis incidence of cases, the two groups of patients had no pulmonary embolism, two control difference was statistically significant (P lt ; 0.05). Serious adverse reactions of the treatment group patients with no allergic reactions, no postoperative digestive tract, brain, spinal hemorrhage, postoperative found no increased bleeding phenomenon. Two groups of patients with red blood cells, hemoglobin, platelet count and APTT was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05) Conclusion: Although this study the number of samples is still not enough, but still to a certain extent of the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after total knee arthroplasty higher; 2. Confirmed that the low molecular weight heparin can effectively prevent the artificial total knee replacement postoperative deep vein thrombosis, and relatively safe, and adverse reactions.
