Objective:To analyze the experience with treating pancreatic injury.Methods:Thirty-two cases of pancreatic injury were retrospectively analyzed including their diagnosis and different treatments according to the severity of pancreatic injury.Results:Thirty-one cases were cured (cure rate 96.9%),1 case died (dead rate 3.1%), abdominal cavity infection 3 cases, pulmonary infection 1 case, traumatic pancreatitis 4 cases, pancreatic leakage 2 cases, pancreatic pseudocyst 1 case, main pancreas duct stricture 1 case, incision fat necrosis 1 case (complication rate 53.1%).Conclusion:The factors of influencing prognosis:timing of diagnosis of pancreas trauma, severity of pancreas injury and complications, appropriate treatment.
