Abstract


Water purification plant production process automation is the case of an industrial production process automation . With the rapid development of network technology , and improving the quality of our customers no longer confined to a place to view the operation of the control data on the host . This new expansion requirements of the original the LAN automatic control system proposed , the original monitoring capabilities so that it can be a good way to expand to the Internet . This study waterworks automatic control system based on WEB , through the transfer the waterworks process data and self-control data in real time to the end of the browser , so users can get the remote monitoring capabilities of the waterworks . The data measured by the automatic control instrumentation through PLC transmitted to the data collection server . Firstly an overview of WEB technology , Flex technology , as well as database access technology , then a more detailed description of the water treatment process water purification plant and related environmental design process and the automatic control of the automatic control system of waterworks introduced. Through the analysis of the automatic control system of waterworks , built by Spring, Struts2 and Hibernate MVC architecture DAO mode as a data access layer , and to combine Flex outstanding rich client show ability and powerful real - time data access capabilities of the system stratified design . The system is well-structured and structured to improve the coding efficiency , reduce system maintenance overhead , the data show ability , real-time data to reach the requirements .
