Abstract


Objective: Single incision laparoscopic surgery by a single umbilical incision emerging laparoscopic surgery . The advantage of this surgery beyond traditional laparoscopic technology under study investigated . The purpose of this study is to describe the clinical effect in our hospital to complete an example of a single incision laparoscopic resection of the left hepatic hemangioma . Methods : reported one case of single- incision laparoscopic left hepatic hemangioma resection of analysis of intraoperative and postoperative results . Results: The surgery went well , with stable vital signs surgery , operative time was 75min, blood loss of about 80ml . Patients with postoperative pain, not the use of pain medications . The day after you get out of bed alone activities and eating liquid recovered and was discharged after three days . Postoperative liver function abnormalities . Conclusion: Single incision laparoscopic left hepatic hemangioma resection is feasible . Although there is no direct comparison in the study , but the postoperative recovery period is significantly shorter than the conventional laparoscopic surgery .
