Part size detection in modern industrial production occupies a very important position, especially the improvement of the quality of people's lives in recent years, the increasing demands on the quality of the product, to improve the size detection techniques have been imminent. At present, most domestic producers still use traditional hand part size detection. Accuracy this work, high cost, low efficiency, labor-intensive production is not flexible. Directly detected in the production of waste and defective nonconforming product processing enterprises is a huge economic loss. Large enterprises high precision and high automatic size detection instrument chosen mainly from imports, expensive, and difficult maintenance. Accordingly, the part size is detected as a research subject of great significance. In order to reduce the failure rate of the part, we will apply the methods of statistical process control theory of machined parts to take the principle of prevention in advance, so that the process is in statistical control \performance, longevity, reliability, security and stability. The topics will be combined embedded technology and virtual instrument technology, use current size detection technology, developed a small size, low cost, high reliability, a practical size detection equipment. It can replace traditional detection methods to improve the production and processing of enterprises, improve the detection efficiency to ensure the accuracy of machining parts, reduce labor costs and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Based the embedded virtual parts detection system is based on a 32-bit ARM microprocessor, embedded WinCE operating system, Visual Studio 2005 as a development platform, on the basis of the sensor technology and serial communication using SQL Server CE database data storage and data analysis and processing, and finally through statistical process control theory. The development of this system is the use of object-oriented (OOP) technology, modular design ideas, the development of the instrument is divided into four modules, including communication module, memory module, analysis module and display module, the formation of an integrated virtual -detection instrument. Time the subject is the virtual instrument technology used in static variables to try and explore and open up a new direction of development of the technology of virtual instrument. The experiments show that the size detection technology and process control theory applied to the part size detection system is feasible, can better improve the accuracy and efficiency of the part size detection, automated measurement.
