Abstract


To improve health care quality, efficiency , reduce health care costs , in order to achieve health information sharing and business collaboration as the core area of ??health information technology has become the current hot spots. This paper aims to design a health information cloud service centers, cloud computing model, will be distributed in various medical institutions heterogeneous information systems of health information resources organically integrated , data information exchange and business collaboration , and use of intelligent tools for relevant data analysis and mining of clinical and administrative decision-making support to medical institutions and individuals to provide a full range of health services. Firstly, research and analysis of cloud computing models and technical framework , thus combining the application of health information services and technical requirements, design a service center composition and structure of the logical relationship between cloud services proposed health information -centric architecture . Then study the off-site heterogeneous health information resources organically integrated solutions , analysis and design for data communications and integrated health information service bus service components constitute a proposed resource integration engine design. Then the health information storage technology of cloud computing research and design , including data types and storage design features for Health Information gives the corresponding data types are stored ; study distributed storage resources services, applications PIX and XDS technology, distribution of resources, storage , registration, retrieval, access to services such as design give solutions ; data warehouse design, research how to organize thematic data sets, generating cloud service centers provide a variety of data analysis resources . Finally, a health information portal cloud service center implementation and operating results. Health Information Center of cloud services designed to achieve the cloud computing related technologies and concepts applied to health information services , the use of cloud computing resource sharing capabilities integrated remote heterogeneous health resources to achieve the sharing and exchange of health information and medical services business collaboration , for the development of health information technology has great significance.
