Abstract


With the 3G era coming,the mobile Internet is developing faster than ever.Especially,anintelligent terminal is cheaper than ever before,as a result,the number of mobile Internet users is increasing greatly.A large number of mobile Internet users are promoting the development speed of mobile Internet industry, made the mobile Internet as one of the most popular areas. The rapid development of mobile Internet industry lets users experience many new services.According to the survey,the main purpose of users is accessing to information,sharing the knowledge and working online. They look forward to getting the hot issues by a mobile device and today one of the topics most concerned by the users is health and lifestyle tips.Although the portal of WEB1.0 times canprovide health knowledge, but it’s poor in interactivity.However, the micro blog which is the core technology of the WEB2.0 has a strong interaction. If ask the micro-blog users only talk about health, then the users can easily get health information from the blog. If online treatment service is joined the micro-blog and make the micro-blog provides some auxiliary health knowledge query function, then the micro-blog system will bring great convenience to the people, especially the edge of the local people also can experience the online treatment services.In the other hand, tongue diagnosis is the important part of traditional Chinese medicine;the tongue image can be quantitatively described by 10 attributes.Automatic diagnosis comes from the 10 attributes and expert database. Combiningthe tongue with the network with online clinic is a great innovation.Concerned, tongue diagnosis plays a key role in Chinese medicine and the status of the digital tongue diagnosis; thedissertation find a way to develop a Chinese health information service system ,in whichChinese medicine micro-blogis a carrier, including tongue diagnosis, finding medicine knowledge and health test and other useful auxiliary function. The main workas follows:1. Research micro-blog system architecture, combine tongue diagnosis with the Internet, and build a micro-blog system withthe feature of the traditional Chinese medicine;2. Research part of the modern tongue diagnosis, research the Dichromatic Reflection Model for moisture analysis of tongue-fur, then improve it, finally the recognition accuracy is significantly improved;3.Research concurrent high-performance server architecture, design and implementation a practical health information service system.
