Abstract


The balance of interests as a basic perspective on copyright protection and utilization in the network environment , the basic considerations , stressed in the network environment , it is necessary to pay attention to protect the interests of copyright holders , while at the same time take full account of the the network development inherent value aimed normalized so that the public be able to make full use of network resources , so as to further promote the development of human civilization . Copyright protection and use of the network environment launched from four aspects : First study under copyright protection in the network environment and use basic categories ; followed by Chinese and foreign network environment under copyright protection and utilization of the basic theory ; specific combing again the current situation and existing problems of copyright protection and utilization of our network environment ; Finally, a certain extent of copyright protection in the network environment and use of basic countermeasures . This paper argues that : There are four basic ways to strengthen the network of moral regulation , regulation of technical protection measures to improve the system of collective management , adopt comprehensive legal remedies ; copyright protection in the network environment countermeasures basic countermeasures network environment under copyright , rational use and permission to use two basic ways .
