Abstract


To really solve the contemporary Chinese socialist social justice concept of scientific definition of the problem, we must introduce scientific reduction method. Specifically, is used when the next definition "belong to add differentia" method, the concept of justice for human existing thinking chain in a ring. Alignment of the justice conception and kind of concept/form/kind of item/denotation, and contemporary Chinese socialist social justice concept phase coordinate other concept, again from the few person in opposition to the contemporary Chinese socialist social justice concept to define the science. The author thinks that, justice concept of scientific definition is: justice is people in order to establish and maintain a certain social system and to adopt relevant political activities and military activities and put forward the concept of philosophy. In the contemporary Chinese socialist society, justice concept nature is: justice is the Chinese people in order to establish and maintain the socialist system in contemporary China and take relevant politics and military activities and put forward the concept of philosophy. In the contemporary socialist China, the concept of justice include: promote people's free and overall development, thoroughly apply the scientific outlook on development, constructing the socialist harmonious society. And justice concept itself, is to realize the content and proposed a philosophical concept.
