Abstract


An aging population means an increasingly large proportion of the elderly population , the study found , the aging population in China has a large-scale , fast growth , the late start , the \aging and abundant labor resources and co-exist with irregular and progressive population aging time . An important content of sustainable development is the economic, social and sustainable development , population as an important economic and social variables , demographic changes will have a profound impact on the sustainable economic and social development . This article will explore the impact of an aging population on China's economic development , and proposed the corresponding countermeasures . Starting from the actual situation of the aging population in China , and put forward countermeasures to cope with the aging of the population . To recognize the opportunities and challenges posed by the aging of the population , to develop the system to profit and avoid loss . First to develop and implement a reasonable population policy to achieve coordinated development of population aging and the economy 's ; Second, we must speed up the adjustment of industrial structure , promote the rapid development of the Aging Industry ; then want to deepen the pension reform , and further expand the coverage of old-age security ; final give full play to the function of the social pension for elderly service career , to cope with the adverse impact of an aging population on China's economic development .
