Abstract


The existing substation video monitoring system is limited to the monitoring of substation less realize video identification and monitoring , and requires more manual intervention , and thus unable to meet the demand for intelligent monitoring . In this paper, the deficiencies of the existing video surveillance system , existing communications network , relying on the power system and the design of a new unmanned substation intelligent video monitoring system . The unmanned substation intelligent video monitoring system not only to meet the day-to-day demand for video surveillance unmanned substation , also through video processing behavior analysis to determine the state of the substation , timely warning of anomalies that have emerged within the substation , the real intelligent video monitoring of unattended substation . Video identification and monitoring of the system through intelligent building a multi-level , diverse , intelligent three-dimensional system of protection , greatly enhancing the safety and reliability of the unmanned substation operation .
