Abstract


Digital substation within the information transmission using network communication is not suitable for using the traditional on the method and the widely used GPS directly on when the method , and the network of when has economic , simple , efficient , and specification of the characteristics , IEC61850 standard for the network on when clear requirements and model . The main content of the thesis is a the new IEC61850 protocol to develop a set of high-precision smart synchronization system . The proposed IEEE 1588 network monitoring and control system for precision clock synchronization protocol combined with Industrial Ethernet substation precise synchronization time program , in accordance with the new Statute development fit perfectly smart new digital substation required synchronization device . Synchronization module embedded architecture design , PTP protocol stack analysis , highlighting the functional separation between the hardware and software features to achieve sub - microsecond precision synchronization function .
