Abstract


The performance appraisal is an integral and important aspects of human resource management . As a feedback mechanism for enterprises to create opportunities for communication and exchange between employees . The performance appraisal is a management problem , and it is mainly based on monitoring and evaluation as a means , but its purpose is to encourage enterprises in the team to get the best performance . Especially because of the surge in performance appraisal of the knowledge worker has become a hot research topic . In this paper, the basis of system analysis , the overall program design , database design , and functions by analyzing the characteristics of the browser / server architecture , combined with the actual situation of the staff performance appraisal is proposed based on browser / server architecture , performance appraisal the basic design idea , briefly describes the system functional modules and database design , focused on ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005 development personnel performance appraisal system database access technology and dynamic web production technology , and gives a partial implementation code. The system is developed under the Windows XP system and VS2005 platform .
