Abstract


Public safety and public service is increasingly becoming one of the main contents of the urban management and how to take positive and effective measures to ensure the safety of the public , for the public service , the relevant government departments is increasingly becoming a challenge as to ensure the safety of the public sector , how to efficiently use limited resources , to improve the emergency rapid response and the ability to resist risks , and provide the public with a faster emergency rescue services , the most important work of the public security sector . alarm is one of the important business of the public security department , it is dealing with the police intelligence provides an important basis As computer technology continues to evolve , to establish the response alarm systems , capable of efficient and rapid handling of police intelligence ; unified acquisition alarm information on the different parts of the city , is conducive to the global management and monitoring , and to regulate the police intelligence processing analysis . Firstly, in -depth understanding of the domestic and international public safety department response alarm system based on analysis of all over the country , at all levels of government departments , as well as foreign Alarming research and development status quo ; Secondly , the current public security alarm system mainly uses computer Telephony Integration (CTI) technology, the concept of application development software , a comprehensive analysis ; third of the overall structure of the public security the Alarm information collection system , the various subsystems and their relationships to the systematic design and development which overall the design includes a connection structure of the entire system hardware and software function modules composed ; Alarm acquisition subsystem and system management subsystem together to complete the build the Alarm information collection system , to ensure that the entire system functions perfect ; system management subsystem for managing provided to direct the management and monitoring platform . addition, in many aspects from various angles of the reliability of the system design to ensure reliable operation of the system , this paper research and development system has been applied to a city Public Security Bureau 110 command center.
