Currently, many corporate human resources departments have adopted a performance appraisal system, performance appraisal system, but these machines are often based on job objectives and tasks accomplished to determine incentives for employees, and the lack of ability to perform their duties of employees, job goals task completion statistics, analysis, evaluation, making the HR during the post adjustment, decision-making to determine which employees are more suited to do what work, what work to do which employees will be more appropriate when there is no basis to follow. In order to better provide decision support for the human resources department, we propose a three-dimensional coordinate positions based target management evaluation system, the job evaluation system of management by objectives to core objects abstract three-dimensional coordinates, and with the idea of ??three-dimensional space to describe the system, In the three-dimensional space using a fixed plane approach to enterprise employees a more suitable to do what work, a task better suited to do the important information which employees intuitive represented. Paper introduces the job content evaluation system of management by objectives, including an overview of the relevant papers and comparison in which the article draws helpful ideas and methods of assessment, management assessment positions in this article can be summarized as: target contract positions book as the carrier, step by step through the line managers at all levels of responsibility objectives formulated by post, drill target contract signed by people, within a certain period clearly the objectives and tasks of the staff positions. Then introduced the three-dimensional coordinates of how to apply the theory of management by objectives job evaluation system, the paper will target management job evaluation system three core object an employee, job objectives, tasks, weights mapped to the X, Y, Z axis by vector to represent the employee's contract operation target completion. System applications using ASP.NET, the development environment is Microsoft Visual Studio.NET, back-end database is Oracle 9i. Program development in the use of ADO. NET to access the database, the use of a lot of control to bind the functionality provided by the system to use the relevant technology was introduced. The overall system is designed to use a hierarchical thinking, the use of this idea can ensure that the underlying data services and high-level logical service open to independent, for users in the future to upgrade the system and effectively manage data with ease. Then thesis on the system to achieve the key problems encountered are described and put forward their own solutions, including the use of Web Service solution Oracle 9i client installed free access to the database can still function; using the tree topology visual representation of the management and staff of drill managed relationship that in this article refers to the affiliation, and the tree topology to achieve, maintain and update the system design is also important and difficult; realized through transactions department head positions adjustment, the reason is because the updates using transaction data will be broken if it fails the entire system tree topology displayed correctly; system by importing the data into EXCEL, statistics and processing. Thesis final results of running the system functions were demonstrated, stable, and introduced the paper still needs to be improved and perfected. System during the design process to pursue scalable design ideas fully guaranteed in the future expansion of the system to meet the requirements and have a good upgrade capability.
