Along with the computer popularization, as well as the post_graduate enrollment scale expansion, more and more university start to manage their postgraduate education with computer. Each kind of management software emerges one after another incessantly, in these systems some functions are too simple, cannot adapt the practical application, and some functions are too complex, the user get lots of trouble. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a management system with easy operation and suitable function to enhance the management efficiency.Post-graduate education information management is the main content of school education, it has large amount of information data, frequent changes in schools has always been headaches. As people use computers more widely ,as well as the Internet is more popularity , post-graduate education management have also been basically forming a diverse network management, which greatly ease the majority of teachers and students, but also to facilitate the work of the school of education management, and greatly improved the quality of teaching.This article describes the post-graduate education information management system design process, including the application of background analysis, system structure, function, technical processing and the characteristics of the system.In the analysis of post-graduate education information management system and the business processes of the system, we fully understand the characteristics of graduate education .In this paper, the post-graduate education information management system has been analyzed and studied.(1) Study and summarizes the post-graduate education information management system development background and needs. China’s current status of training of graduate students are: a sharp increase in the number of graduate students, post-graduate management assignments surge; type of complex and diverse graduate students, different types of post-graduate training in different ways to develop processes are different; teaching increasing scarcity of resources, the existing post-graduate management system; the number of managers and energy input requirements are too high; identical undergraduate training of graduate students in the same way, the lack of personalized training for students.(2) This system uses. NET framework, the application based on browser / server (B / S), client / server (C / S) hybrid application architecture of the overall design of the system;(3) The system has been use-case analysis, and based on the analysis and application. NET framework technology to system design and implementation of the framework;(4) According to the specific design principles and based on analyzing the functional requirements of the system. The system could be divided into and realize the following function modules: Student Management Module, teachers, management module, management module tutors and training management module, management module commencement, course scheduling management module, the exemption management module, the examination management module, performance management module, management module papers, teaching resource management module, Web functional management module;(5) Nventory management system database on demand analysis, based on the conceptual design of the database structure and logical structure. Identified the main information table: students basic information sheet, student additional information sheet, teacher of basic information table, teachers, other information sheets, curriculum basic information sheet, courses from the table and train units in the code table, a discipline code table, two disciplinary code table, the school of professional code form, research the code table, the basic code table, classroom resources to the table, the internal coding table.(6) System adopted. NET 2008 development tools, server-side with SQL Server 2005 database, designed to achieve the above-mentioned functional module;(7) After the completion of the realization of the system, belong to the application software testing principles and techniques, comprehensive system were tested. The importance of the quality of the software is no doubt, but testing is a means of quality assurance. Test is found and pointed out that the process of software defects. Defects in the software life cycle stages are likely to occur. Software testing throughout the software life cycle throughout the period of: needs analysis, outline design, detailed design and program code to be various stages of documentation, including requirements specifications, outline design specifications, detailed design specifications, source code, are software testing objects. Software testing objective is a minimum of time and manpower, the system software to identify the potential of various mistakes and shortcomings.
