Abstract


With the continuous development of the steady progress of the \Production of scientific office digitization, network management, service information technology will be the direction of China's agricultural development. Through the development of the spring breeze, Shaanxi Province agricultural information into the village project has been included in the key projects of the eight projects of the provincial people's livelihood. Xi'an in 2008 to start the construction of agricultural information, Gao Ling, Yanliang, Yanta, the Lintong four counties have been the first to realize the information service station 100% full coverage. Gaoling known as the \From Gaoling specific geographic information and global positioning, computer network communication technology and other means to integrate all kinds of agricultural resources information, completion of financial data collection, entry editing, graphic display, query positioning, statistical analysis, decision support as one of the agricultural resource management system. Gaoling agricultural information network for the system, a comprehensive collection of rural agricultural village as a unit of information, a set of document query, the suitability assessment of the environmental assessment of the place of origin and agricultural products as an integrated agricultural information network for the system. The study mainly the following aspects: (1) access to the relevant literature and multimedia data, and analysis of the status of domestic and international agricultural development, agricultural data sharing centered ideas to carry out the thesis and network system development work. (2) evaluation of the suitability of crops is the core of the theoretical study of this article. Articles starting from crops producing environmental pollution factors (soil environment, irrigation water environment) restrictive requirements, to producing environmental quality and its suitability evaluate and produce evaluation results in Fig. (3) agricultural information network for the system design and implementation. ArcGIS Server-based Gaoling agricultural information network for the system was designed and implemented the system in the design of graphical operating tools, fully taking into account the needs of users will select query functions integrated into a tool, quickly and easily. Also still attribute query crop suitability assessment, Assessment of environment quality, crop pests and diseases expert advisory module and agricultural standards document query function to do a more in-depth research.
