Abstract


With the continuous development of the world economy, competition in the transport sector is increasingly fierce. Rail transport, which is in the front line of transportation, has been unprecedentedly impacted. The daily business of the railway companies is filled with a wealth of information, and this information is also becoming increasingly large and its update is getting increasingly fast with the constant development of China’s economy. Traditional manual-type information processing methods have been unable to meet the information needs of railway enterprises. Today’s world is the world of computer networks, and how to use the computer’s strong performance and shorten the distance between information and business has become a matter of common concerns for all enterprises.Against this background, the railway enterprise information distribution system comes into being. Using ASP technology, Access database and structured design methods, the information distribution system of railway enterprises consists of information’s release, sorting, filing, storage and other functions, integrates all of the railway enterprise business information, and is equipped with system pages of consistent characteristics of human physiology, which is allowing users to have more comfortable visions and more convenient operations. This paper describes the railway enterprise information release system’s development tools and technologies, system development process, function design and implementation as well as function tests at the final stage.Begin with the background of railway company information release system, this paper firstly summarizes domestic and foreign advanced information release technologies in order to learn from experiences and explore new ideas and most importantly to determine the techniques and its auxiliary tools. To base on that work to ascertain to ASP to the programming language,using the Access to the system background,adopt B/S mode to empolder the system. Secondly, this paper analyzes the feasibility and needs of the system, combines the railway enterprise’s internal business features and business volume, and proposes system’s necessary functions. Upon this, the paper establishes various function modules and achieves them in the final detailed designs. After the final phase of testing, the functions of this system are running well and fully able to satisfy the business information exchanges of railway enterprises.Design systemic user enrol,user entry.code safety,user manage,information distribution,information browse and Information compilation.In the last part,using the“black box”and“white box”to testing the system.After the final phase of testing, the functions of this system are running well and fully able to satisfy the business information exchanges of JinZhou railway enterprises.
