In the current situation, most of the tourist information system is based on the tourism scenic spot, and the content is about“eating, living, traveling, shopping and amusing”. But, it is very weak to provide service function for the tourism management and decision makerd low level of service that is hard to ascend, insufficient information channel , insufficient supervision, etc. Therefore, in order to make the tourist information system really play its proper function and advantages, it need to analysis the technology and principle of the systematic. Also, the systems is lack of functions of supporting space information technology, visual system, an on the analysis, a feasible scheme can be designed and implementation.Meanwhile, the space data processing is simpler, more effective because of the application of GIS technology in the tourism system. GIS is a computer-based emerging technology, around the research、development and application of the technical, forming a cross, marginal subject, that is the spatial data management and research technique system. In the support of computer software and hardware, GIS can process spatial data by geographic coordinates or space positions , and can manage space data , research of effective space entities and their mutual relationship. Through comprehensive analysis of many factors, it can quickly get satisfy needs of information, and show the processing results by the map, graphics, or data form. Therefore, it has very important significance that how to use GIS technology in the travel services.The tourism spatial information service system for Longhua country will introduce tourism spatial information service technical, and do the basic research for it , through combining the tourism of Longhua, join the function of space information analysis function. Construct the digital tourism platform setting management, service, trade as one, and upgrade the tourism industry.Specifically speaking, the tourism spatial information service system for Longhua country mainly realizes the following two aspects: 1) In the travel services for tourists and tourist enterprise, this system provide space information service. According to the tourism travel, this system will provide all aspects of tourism information service platform, including LongHua map, scenic spots, star-level hotels, restaurants, entertainment, store, transport, travel market, etc. For the tourist, they more concerned food, housing, transportation, traveling, shopping and amusing,so the system will provide detailed introduction for the six contacts. Also, the system will realize self-service tourism service system, expand tourism service, improve the service quality and efficiency.2) In the aspect of industry management, the system realizes the dynamic industry statistics, enterprise management, tourism planning visualization, development and promotion decisions, promote the regulatory transparency and the LongHua tourism industry more on a higher level.Based on the domestic and foreign traveling service system, this paper discussed the design of the tourism spatial information service system for Longhua country, and introduce the key techniques used in the system: Spatial information services technology, Web service technology, the REST technology and the service technology based on location. The data management software is PostgreSQL and its spatial data extended PostGIS, the development platform is JavaEE,the client uses AJAX dynamic web technology, the map server is open-source software——GeoServer. After analysis the tourism spatial information service system for Longhua country, this paper discussed the various functions described in the requirement analysis of the system, and show the main functions. At last, this paper summarizes the design and realization value of the tourism spatial information service system for Longhua country, gave the defects in the system, and pointed out the direction for further work.
