Abstract


At present , most of the world has entered the aging society , and this is closely related to the old-age insurance is a major concern . Continue to explore, solve the problem of old-age insurance in China has undergone several major changes gradually from imperfect mature . However , in the PAYG system to a part of the accumulated system transition process , the inevitable emergence of hidden debt problems , and is increasingly apparent . China's current pension insurance system , there are still many problems to solve the implicit debt problem of potential problems . Implicit Pension Debt scale is so huge for many reasons , such as: the increasing aging of the population , the the premature retirement age , pension insurance coverage is too narrow . In 2009 the state introduced several new pension insurance policy , these played a certain role to alleviate the scale of the implicit pension debt . Developed countries solve the Implicit Pension Debt - scale problems have a lot of experience is worth our reference , but the implicit pension debt repayment problems , due to the huge amount of , you want to completely solve a long way to to go . So, our goal at this stage is the leading force in the government , individuals and businesses to actively cooperate with the situation , strive to minimize the scale of the implicit pension debt . The size of the implicit pension debt in 2007 , according to the 2008 Statistical Yearbook estimates, and the corresponding solutions .
