Abstract


Recalling the history of foreign financial development, we can see that financial innovation was praised in a long time. However, the emergence of financial crisis exposed t enormous risks of financial innovation, our country is at a critical juncture of financial openness, we should consider whether to continue financial innovation and how innovation.In this paper, financial innovation was researched from macro and micro aspects. First, at the macro aspect, the status of China’s financial innovation was showed; Second,the reasons of financial crisis in 2008 was analysised which based from the angle of financial innovation; Third, the existing problems and solutions in financial innovation was followed.In addition, also with Shanghai copper futures and stock index futures as examples, research and prospect China’s financial innovation.
