In this paper the development of a bank regional business processing center system carries on the elaboration, combined with the project background, system planning and concrete realization in detail. The system's main purpose is to make full use of the banking system and data concentration of advantage and realize that the commercial bank business background with intensive, standardization and specialization, make high efficiency, low cost, quick response ability with the unity of the central treatment of business system. To achieve commercial banking intensive operation, risk centralized control, network function transformation and business layout optimization to provide the system support. This paper involves the commercial bank regional business processing center system design and implementation scheme, after the operation state of the business and has achieved project intended target, for financial institutions in accordance with the "intensive management, flattening management" to create favorable conditions, to achieve risk centralized control, business processing unified management, promote the network function to a service change, for high-end customer service, financial business, such as the provision of system support.
