Abstract


The late 1990s , China's commercial banks to complete the transformation of the system of property rights , initially established a modern commercial banking system , all have made fruitful achievements . However , compared with the advanced foreign commercial banks , commercial banks in China in many ways, there is still a big gap , we must seize the opportunity to accelerate the strategic transformation of the development , improve market competitiveness . In this paper, a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis , analysis of the necessity and practical significance of the strategic transformation of the commercial banks , and summarizes the main content of the strategic transformation of the commercial banks .
