Abstract


Firstly, on the basis of theoretical analysis of the common stock on the international pricing model , various models of the applicability of our GEM system reveal the motherboard market pricing model is not suitable for China 's GEM market , according to the characteristics of the GEM , on the basis of the pricing model of traditional price-earnings ratio , the factors that affect the price-earnings ratio in-depth analysis , the establishment of the amendments to the GEM the PER pricing model , and the model is applied to the GEM companies IPO valuation to use the model to determine stock IPO price , a case study article while trying to establish a price-earnings ratio correction model changes through the course of China's securities market since its establishment, the stock pricing issue way , and on international GEM on generic pricing distribution methods for analysis and research , to extract lessons from analysis of the strengths and weaknesses on the basis of the conclusions of the GEM should take a fully market-oriented road , from both institutional norms and valuation models start to achieve full market .
