Abstract


Has been manufacturing FDI inflows for foreign scholars influencing factors a lot of research, and positioning in the service sector with similar themes studies seriously inadequate. In the real, from the historical point of view of economic development, the service sector has overtaken agriculture and industry in the national economy plays a more important role; view from the characteristics of the industrial structure, the service sector FDI inflows factors clearly different from manufacturing; From our opening trend, China has gradually expanded services market access, services further to become a hot area of ??FDI inflows. Therefore, this article inflow of FDI in China's service industry factors were analyzed, especially from the point of view of industry research, more conducive to foreign investment for the industry to provide more accurate and detailed theoretical and policy guidance, thus promoting China's service industry and the overall development of the national economy. Based on this, previous studies carried out on the basis of literature review, this paper first of FDI on China's service industry to analyze the situation, to reveal the existence of some problems, make the following theoretical analysis and empirical analysis has some relevance . The opening up of China's service industry is currently still in its infancy, the introduction of foreign capital foreign investment process there are still small-scale industry, structural imbalance, uneven geographical distribution, a single investment and other issues. This paper argues that these problems causes and countermeasures, both FDI inflows and service factors are closely related. FDI in services in China in order to solve the problems, this paper follows the eclectic theory of international research framework based on the improvement of the service sector FDI motives for analysis. Ownership advantages in theory increase product differentiation and other factors affecting FDI in the services sector; advantages in the internal aspects, emphasizing the lower transaction costs (in particular, knowledge and patents and other resources), service standardization and service network and other advantages; in location advantage, the point size of the market, level of economic development, government policy and infrastructure construction six factors that affect the host country an important factor in service sector FDI inflows. Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper based on the theory of regional advantages perspective of China's service industry factors affecting FDI inflows empirical analysis. On the one hand to the service overall FDI as the research object, the factors affecting the inflow of multiple regression analysis carried out, the results show that market size, economic development potential, service labor costs, human capital, and other factors on China's service The number of FDI absorption significantly affected. The other hand, Transportation, Post and warehousing industry, wholesale and retail trade and catering industry, real estate and other industry segments made panel data analysis, and to industry factors affecting these eight different to do a comparative analysis. The results also found that the above factors are still on the various sectors attracting FDI has significant influence, but the degree of influence varies from industry to industry.
