Abstract


The service industry, modern service industry is relying on information technology and modern management concept and development is one important indicator to measure the overall competitive strength and the level of modernization . For the heavy industry in Liaoning Province , to speed up the development of modern service industry , the implementation of the scientific concept of development , the establishment of a conservation-oriented model of industrial economic structure and efficiency , accelerate the construction of a new industrial base of the country to promote the overall revitalization of the old industrial base has a very important significance. Currently , the development of modern service industry in Liaoning Province is facing a series of problems , such as a lower proportion of the added value , the overall level of development lag ; modern service industry , the development of some industries infancy ; trade barriers , monopoly is serious ; regional structure unreasonable, unbalanced urban and rural development ; enough thrust to the manufacturing sector , out of sync with the revitalization of the old industrial base , the relatively low proportion of employment officers absorb underemployment . Meanwhile , Liaoning Province, also have favorable conditions to accelerate the development of modern service industry , First, domestic and international industrial restructuring and industrial upgrading for the modern service industry in our province provides a rare opportunity for development , and second, a strong manufacturing base for the province of modern service industry development space , provides plenty of opportunities residents consumption level and consumption structure upgraded to the development of modern service industry in our province has added new impetus . Liaoning Province, the development of modern service industry should be positioned as a \expand services for residents living and for twelve industrial development services of breadth and depth . Modern service industry in Liaoning Province, spatial layout control targets to establish the \Focus on the development of intermediary services , logistics , information services , financial services , tourism, industry , real estate, exhibition economy , undertake international service industry . Speed ??up the introduction of personnel policy, fiscal policy , public policy , laws and regulations and industry policies to promote the development of modern service industry in Liaoning Province .
