Abstract


SMEs are an important cornerstone of the world economy is an important factor for sustainable economic development and prosperity and stability . SME development status of a country from the point of view of the world economy , how to directly determine the economic and political status of the country in the international arena . The history of the development of the world economy Practice has proved that the smooth development of small and medium-sized enterprises , the country 's economy will be presented and vigor ; SMEs encounter a crisis of survival , then it will affect the economic development of the country . However , SMEs in the socio-economic status is not commensurate with the survival of SMEs environment is worrying , there is a large gap between large enterprises in terms of government support or bank financing tilt , making it the social the weak economy , limiting its further development . Zhejiang Province, is China 's economic Province big province , but also small and medium-sized enterprises , SMEs have become a force for economic development in Zhejiang , Zhejiang Province , however , small and medium enterprises in the development process has encountered a variety of problems , particularly in the financing the difficult problem is the most prominent. Financing of SMEs , is a worldwide problem , in this regard , the Japanese do better in one of the countries in the world within a relatively complete system of financing for SMEs established in Japan to support small and medium-sized series of policies for the development of enterprises , the main bright spot in the organization 's security system , all countries theorists have a hot research . Status and financing of the development of SMEs in Zhejiang Province Status and Japanese SMEs have experienced similar , and the financial system in Japan and China closer to Japan's SME financing system through research and analysis , and Zhejiang Province small and medium-sized the actual situation of enterprises , foreign things serve China , put forward some proposals to solve the problem of financing of SMEs in Zhejiang Province .
