Abstract


Logistics system planning is an important area of ??research today and hotspots , China's refined oil logistics research started late operating models and theoretical system is not perfect, most of the content is based on the study of macro analysis and theoretical studies , and few have specialized for a certain enterprise or a specific part of the complete theoretical system , and domestic demand for refined oil logistics system planning and design as well as technical support and other aspects is still lacking, comparing the lack of micro- enterprise logistics. So to build and improve the oil maritime logistics system planning of the enterprise has theoretical and practical significance.
