Abstract


At present, China 's power industry is undergoing profound changes among the \is a tremendous challenge. How to find out the reform of the environment is suitable for their own development, is the main electric power enterprises are facing difficulties . This paper systematically expounded the theory of corporate strategy and methods to start, use of corporate strategic management theory , the external and internal environment through a comprehensive analysis to help enterprises fully differential power changes due to environmental opportunities and threats , on this basis , the proposed road district power supply enterprise development strategy, strategic planning for the coming years and implementation of programs . This study for the determination of the power supply enterprise strategy , improve the enterprise's core competitiveness, promote the sustainable development of enterprises of great significance. New research helps Parkway supply enterprise development needs to adapt to the environment , changing concepts , with the strategic model , the development of competitive enterprises comply with environmental strategy to promote long-term development of power supply enterprises .
