Abstract


Performance management is the core content of human resource management, which determines the enterprise’s human resources management. With the gradual deepening of the reform of the electricity market, power companies increasingly fierce competition in the long run, its human resources management determines the level of the enterprise’s core competitive edge to excel. In this paper, the status quo of the power analysis of enterprise performance management, combined with the characteristics of power enterprises, proposed a set of characteristics suitable to China’s power generation business performance management system. This paper conducted systematic performance management system, designed to achieve individual performance and the organic integration of sector performance, and designed to focus on the individual performance appraisal program design, and thus improved Enterprise individual performance appraisal system.
