Abstract


As the eternal affair of the power enterprises, safety work is the key to the development of them. The safety management of engineering projects not only plays a significant role to assure security during the construction process, but also decreases the accident occurrence effectively. In recent years, the power enterprises have obtained certain achievement on the issue of safety works. However, it still has some difficulty to catch up with the development of the power network. So, the author analyses the significance of the safety management of engineering projects and the present research situation of the county-level safety management system. What’s more, the existing problems and the possible countermeasures of safety management system during the current construction of 110kV substations have been elaborated in this article. Combined with the construction of Jugezhuang 110kV substation, how to apply the beforehand control, processing control and post-action control has been discussed in the project safety management to the construction of substations. Furthermore, the author hopes that this issue can play a certain reference role to other projects.
