Abstract


This paper studies the future goal grid according to the characteristic of coastal TaiZhou and analyzes the existing problems through a mass of data collection and deep study for the sake of coordinating the relationship between the social economical development and grid construction and laiding the foundation of putting the power plan into the city aggregate plan. Based on regional aggregate planning and historical data&law, this paper forcasts the load with the method of output value unit cost and time series and elastic coefficient method. The power balance according to the power generation plan defines the arrangement of transformer capacity and the scheme of the future goal grid. The testing calculation is operated to the scheme. The future goal grid can operate safely and stably and satisfy the load demand of TaiZhou economical development. It can provide the guide to the early stage work of grid project.
