Abstract


From the Japanese economic bubble burst in 1990 , Japan's economy is a long time in the recession , but Toyota in Japan, a single show , continued to create sales and profit growth year after year , consecutive ranked Japan first . The Toyota Production System is the mode of production , one of the most influential in the world today and it has brought a profound change to the world's manufacturing industry , but also to promote international companies competing research , learning and the introduction of the Toyota Production System . Since China and Vietnam has a wealth of cheap labor resources , coupled with the transfer of international manufacturing , in recent years, China has become the world's manufacturing center , Vietnam has also attracted the attention of many foreign companies . But the manufacturing industries of the two countries can not rely on low labor costs in the long-term international competitiveness . Toyota Production System manufacturing industries of the two countries urgently need to import on behalf of world manufacturing production change direction spirit of philosophy, ideas and methods with a relatively short period of time to make a change for the country's manufacturing industry , the manufacturing sector of the two countries have strong competitive advantage. The thesis focuses mainly include two aspects , on the one hand and Vietnam enterprise TPS application , on the other hand is in a short period of time , in a corporate environment and manufacturing level with Japan, the United States and Europe in the current the large gap in more enterprises import the Toyota Production System . Start from the introduction of the Toyota Production System , the elaborate system of the Toyota Production System , and Vietnam enterprises in implementing the TPS mode of production and its effect also summed up the similarities and differences between China and the Sino-Vietnamese enterprises to promote the effect of the Toyota Production System and proposed measures for improvement .
