Abstract


Jilin Province Old Mill Wheat Foods Co., Ltd. was founded in January 2010, company’s main project is the stone mill of wheat flour production and sales. Stone wheat flour, in the tradition of the ancient Chinese noodle-making process and the Millennium modern technology combined with a healthy concept introduced in the food. The company planned to construct a stone mill with annual production of 600 tons of wheat flour production line, the products are raw materials for the wheat.The project plans to invest 500,000 Yuan, fixed assets investment 200,000 Yuan, the floating capital 300,000Yuan, the investment recycling time is 1 years.This thesis is for the purpose of analyzing the project for establishment, implementation and the operation plan by science methods to help the investors in detail to understand the investment project, and increases the investment confidence, meanwhile it is also important for managers to make clear the thought.The article includes five chapter, such as the present situation analysis, the market analysis and the marketing strategy, the capital requirement and financial plan, the risk analysis and the countermeasure and so on. It has forecasted the prospects of Jilin Province Old Mill Wheat Foods Co., Ltd. It also help the investor to get the detail for the project.The first chapter is an introduction, brief summary of the background and significance of proposed project and introduced the theory and methods of the project, while the contents of a comprehensive project evaluation presented the whole picture, through this chapter, readers will be able quickly to understand the main content of the project.The second chapter of this article introduced with emphasis the company present situation, the organizational structure, the key person for management as well as the rights of the company at present and the development strategy, the investors will get firmly confidence by reading this chapter for the management and talents and person. The third chapter of this article is the market analysis and marketing strategy of the company product, emphatically introduced the stone mill flour industry characteristics and the development trend. through the detail introduction the company’s new products characteristic and the superiority, as well as the competitors situation analysis, has formulated the suitable marketing strategies and market localization, from the perspective of the marketing of new products, marketing programs and prospects for prediction.The fourth chapter, the project’s funding requirements and trading methods and the theory of financial management from the project the financial feasibility studies, which determined the project’s investor confidence. Also in this section is also on the capital and equity transfer out of the angle of a clear view of the founders of the transaction.The last part of this article has analyzed the project risk and dodges the risk the countermeasure by the several aspects such as the management and the talented person, the finance, the market and the technology and so on.Through this detailed analysis and market analysis, we may judge market of the old stone grinding flour project of Jilin Province Old Mill Wheat Foods Co., Ltd. is broad, the economic efficiency is huge the project is feasible.
