The expense is the humanity is livelihood and the development premise, has the very important status and the function in the human society production and social life. Not only but, expends a pure economic problem, moreover also has ethics significance. In contemporary society, because the human consumption quantity’s day-by-day growth and expends the region the unceasing expansion, this kind of expense pattern spread along with the industry civilization’s advancement to the world, has caused the ecological environment day-by-day worsening, the human spiritual home flaw, this has become the restriction social development and a progress important attribute, has caused the numerous scholar’s resonsiderations. China since the reform and open policy, people’s consumption level had the very big enhancement, the traditional expense way has had the very big change, the Western wrong expense idea has had the bad influence to people’s consumer behavior.Based on this, this article unifies the expense ethics the theory background, methods and so on utilization materialistic dialectics and value analytic method, from the economical ethics angle, has first limited the expense, the expense ultimate goal, expends ethics statement and the meaning, has defined clearly the expense and ethics relations. Summarizes the Chinese and foreign each kind of expense ethics type:Thrifty expense, extravagant expense and harmonious expense ethics thought content and characteristic; Then has analyzed the present situation which our country present age expense domain ethics deviates from the norm, specially to the luxurious expense, the vulgar customs expended, the government money to expend, phenomena and so on cultural expense to carry on the thorough description, and discussed our country to expend the reason which domain ethics deviated from the norm.The article final part unifies our country’s present situation, specially to some more serious expense ethics conflict question, proposed our country current expends ethics the corresponding principle and the construction specific measures, utilized in the solution build socialism harmonious society’s practice the expense ethics’s fundamental research achievement, realized smoothly finally guides the people to set up the harmonious expense ethics view the goal, the promotion socialism harmonious society’s construction.
