Abstract


From 1970’s, along with the progress of science and technology and the development of productive forces, economic globalization trend is increasingly clear. Market competition become more and more fierce, there are great changes in market demand:production cycle is shorten, product development speed up, the growing demand of cutting costs, the requirements of perfect product after-sale service. And the main features of market demand are multi-species, small batch, customized and time-sensitive. Therefore, traditional rigid systems can’t adapt to the changing of market needs. Beside having the opportunity to sell products to the world, the enterprise face the competition from all over the world. Only the best enterprises with superiorities can survive. The competition between enterprises expanded to the competition between the overall strength of enterprise supply chain from the strength competition of the enterprises themselves. And nowadays, with the development of a variety of business management and supply chain management technology, there is no longer significant effect if the enterprises and supply chain only rely on low-cost, mass production, or the traditional management strengthened to enhance competitiveness. Emphasis on making efficient and fast response to the changing market and maximum customer satisfaction, modern supply chain management become more and more concerned. And flexibility is becoming one of the most important indicators to measure supply chain performance.This article chooses the perspective of manufacturing enterprises. Firstly, through in-depth analysis of supply chain network, give a detailed study on the vulnerability of the supply chain and how to reduce the vulnerability. Then on the basis of the analysis of SC environment, the understanding of flexibility and the study on SC vulnerability, SC flexibility indicator system is established, including eight first-level indicators: supply flexibility, product flexibility, production equipment flexibility, production flexibility, organization structure flexibility, financial flexibility, information flexibility, risk management flexibility. These indicators are detailed one by one, and at the end a multi-layer flexible evaluation system is established including target layer,1st level indicators and 2nd level indicators. Finally, based on the flexibility indicator system, principle component analysis and fuzzy association rules are used to evaluate quantitative and qualitative indicators, AHP is used for achieving the weight of 1st level indicators. Then make quantitative and qualitative indicators integrated, Metric Values of SC flexibility is received. The results of Supply chain flexibility measurement will help enterprises improve supply chain management, increase supply chain flexibility with important significance.
