Abstract


Soft power competition is now a new trend of international relations , at the same time is also the regional development and urbanization process in a very important issue . The soft strong city of its urbanization trend is often better, more competitive external influence . In today 's era , the soft power of a country , a city , an industry or even an enterprise is very important , and its importance is still growing . Since the 1980s , China's urbanization level continuously improve the urban economy forward at an unprecedented rate , to ensure the economic prosperity of our country for twenty years . But some of China's urban development practice has shown that urbanization in China has been caught in the plight of many urban development into a misunderstanding . These errors to urban development in China has brought great loss to the urban environment pollution, the history of the city is destroyed, and the image of the city is wanton construction , a city internal and external appeal is getting smaller and smaller . Urban development in China has entered the era of soft power competition . Rely on extensive resource consumption, cheap labor in exchange for hard power development model has been difficult to sustain , like sustainable development, must pay attention to soft power , soft power of a strategic view of the city , the city construction of soft power on the agenda , the development of the city 's soft power track . Start from the interpretation of the concept the practical significance analysis of the urban development of soft power , the status quo of China's urban development of soft power and from the start that expose problems in the development of China's urban soft power .
