Abstract


Real estate development enterprise management, cost management, cost control is very important work. Real estate development companies in order at this stage, the intense competition in the market development in an invincible position, made good economic and social benefits, we must pay attention to cost management and cost control, it is essential to improve cost management and cost effectively manageable levels.This paper studies the issue is cost control from the real estate development enterprise after the financial crisis situation and the challenges faced by enterprises proceed to further study the real estate companies in various stages of the development and implementation of cost management and control. According to real estate development process, from project decision-making stage, the project bidding stage, the project implementation stage, the project stage and the whole sales accounts for the key stages of project development cost of real estate proposed control methods and measures. This article focuses on the project’s decision-making stage, planning and design phase and bidding phase and construction phase of the construction cost management control procedures and methods. Proposed in the project throughout the entire process to target cost management, the implementation of cost management, strengthen the focus on special management point of view. In order to achieve real estate development companies in various stages of cost management in the process of overall control in order to enhance real estate development enterprise’s core competitive edge, to better align with the international real estate, based on the world.By real estate development through all stages of this paper, cost management and cost control to explore, hoping to reduce the cost of real estate development companies to provide reference and reference.
