Abstract


The rapid development and spread of information technology to speed up the process of the construction of enterprise information , as execution issues restricting the development of enterprises also began to put on the agenda . SMEs in order to win in a wave of competition in the market , it is necessary to improve the management of the execution , This article in the depth of the basis of the status of execution of the research enterprise , propose an execution management system based on Web Service , the system uses B / design and development of the S mode , the user only through a computer with Internet access will be able to free from time and place restrictions on the complete business execution management . In this paper, the actual demand of the executive power management system and development tools to Eclipse , Java as a development language , SQL Server2005 database as a system , research and execution management system based on Web Service . Firstly in-depth discussion of the key technologies of the system uses Web Service to study the concept , architecture and technical support , and comparative analysis of the advantages of the Web Service ; then propose design principles and features of the system , contrast MIS system development mode to determine the B / S structure analysis and explanation of the structure of the system functions as the mode of development of the system , on the basis of the analysis of system requirements and business processes , the overall architecture of the system modeling , design systems and each layer described in detail , the design of the system database ; then introduce the system development tools and runtime environment , and each layer of the system design ; then large amounts of data generated by the system is running , data mining , K-means clustering algorithm , analysis of existing problems and to improve it , substituted into the system in actual data comparison and analysis , summarizes the improved K-means algorithm in the system . Finally, a summary of this paper work done , and further suggestions for improvement and outlook for future work . This study execution management system to achieve the SME execution of standardized processes , automation management , significant savings on the management of the enterprises for the execution of human, material , and improve work efficiency , and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises , the future direction of SMEs execution management development .
