Abstract


With the development of computer, networking and communications technology , e-government system in China has been rapid development . Government departments as participants and managers of national economic activity , the strengthening of its management level and service functions will have great social role . Our use of information technology to produce and the ability to collect data has been greatly improved , and all levels of government departments, agencies developed thousands of databases , data showed exponential growth , and also become more and more complex data types . We store a large amount of historical information data , how to analyze these massive data is the basis for government departments to provide better service , while the ideal analysis tool is the implementation of the government intelligence . Business intelligence solutions to solve the problem of e-government decision analysis . The raw data it source database system using ETL process after extraction from the source data cleaning , conversion, loaded into the data warehouse , constitute the subject-oriented , integrated reaction historical changes in the data warehouse , to achieve all kinds of information integration, sharing , timely and accurate information based on timely and reliable reference for government decision-makers ; using OLAP and data mining techniques to existing data into knowledge , and help the government management to make informed and accurate decision-making . Promote the rapid development of the economy , continue to adapt to changes in the environment , to make quick and effective management decisions , comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development . In this paper, the Finance Bureau analysis of non - tax revenues , for example , described in detail the design and implementation process of the system . Use Oracle relational storage engine , easy table for the development of the data warehouse development tools for data display ; bo kit the webi module with Crystal again through data mining , decision makers can find more detailed information . the papers in the development of the data warehouse system is the scene running from the effect of the actual running of view, give the government decision-makers to provide a more flexible query and analysis functions of government management decision-making has provided a good basis .
