Ordered Mesoporous Carbon as in recent years, the rapid development of a new class of non - Mesoporous not only has rules ordered mesopores , and has good chemical inertness and high electrical conductivity , in many high-tech fields have a wide range application prospects. Organic - organic synthesis of the proposed self-assembly is a major breakthrough Ordered mesoporous carbon materials synthesis method . This method to take advantage of the specific structure of the soft template to guide the assembly of carbon precursor directly cross-linked , after curing , to copy the template structure to the product . This emerging field of materials synthesis research work has only just commenced , and a variety of novel structure , morphology or performance of mesoporous carbons are constantly being developed synthesized . In this paper to larger hydrophilic / hydrophobic ratio block copolymer the F127 (EO106PO70EO106) and the smaller hydrophilic / hydrophobic than P123 ( EO20PO70EO20 ) , total templating agent , phenolic resin as carbon precursor , after solvent evaporation - induced self-assembly (EISA) process , and then through three different heating rates carbonization process , preparation of Ordered mesoporous carbon materials OMC ( ordered material carbon ) and obtained ordered mesoporous carbon as catalyst carrier by intermittent microwave synthesis Preparation of Pt / OMC catalyst . 300 ℃ -800 ℃ , the papers prepared after different high-temperature carbonization process mesoporous carbon with 1 ℃ / min heating rate results . Mesoporous carbon structure of the process of preparation of a more orderly and more abundant , and the number of holes in the same area . F127 : P123 = 7:3 template prepared mesoporous carbon is a highly ordered two-dimensional hexagonal structure , while the smaller hydrophilic / hydrophobic than P123 (EO20PO70EO20) template to prepare mesoporous carbon just disordered mesh structure. Preparation of mesoporous carbon as a carrier for the catalyst , prepared by the intermittent microwave heating method to obtain five different carrier Pt / OMC catalyst . Which Pt / (F127: P123 = 7:3) shows the best electrochemical performance . And the catalyst of Pt particles dispersed more evenly , the average particle diameter of 4.1nm .
