Abstract


Online reimbursement is a kind of finance process based on internet. With the cost management as its core business, It can achieve e-accounting management, better budget control, perfect links with financial system and the database of online banks. It is involved such links as document preparation, fees prior application, reimbursement, project management, funds management, budget management and financial management and so on. Online reimbursement system can effectively shorten the business cycle by regulating business management processes, improving the level of financial management. It can also promote the integration of financial services, integration, and solid business foundation of financial data. It is useful to increase the accuracy of financial information, reduce the cost of financial management, and strengthen the ability of enterprises to participate in market competition.MOSS (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server) based online reimbursement system is a viable solution for reimbursement. It can help company to achieve cost reduction by simplifying the expense reimbursing and dramatically improving efficiency; It can help real-time budget control by associating expenses with budget management; It is connect to ERP financial modules of the company, so that it can automatically generate certificate records and send them to local bank payment system.Aiming at the current situation of employees reimbursement in small and medium-size enterprises, the thesis puts forward a solution with basic general function modules, and scalability concurrently.? The thesis first shows the research on theory of online reimbursement system, and also on domestic and foreign scientific research achievements. Simultaneously, it carries on the analysis and comparisons of several main kinds of workflow technologies, discusses the implementation technique of online reimbursement system; It analyses the MOSS based enterprise portal and office nets, and explores the strength of online reimbursement based MOSS. Next, it puts forward the architecture of MOSS based online reimbursement system. With deeply investigation of real enterprise project, a preliminary solution of MOSS based online reimbursement system based on multi-duties is given. It analyzes the system’s architecture, executing strategy, data storage and so on. The thesis achieves core functional modules of the system, by designing master pages and InfoPath form templates combined with reimbursement business, deploying InfoPath forms by MOSS, optimizing the process of documents fill-in, and designing the mechanism of work flow and mail sending. Attributed to all the functions above based on Microsoft products and related technologies, it can seamlessly combine the form circulation, e-mail re minder and auditing,The third part in this thesis is the realization department. After the assessment of the system performance and development efficiency, by the comparisons with other similar system, MOSS based online reimbursement system has the advantages of flexibility and expansibility.
