Abstract


With the development of civil aviation and the growth of air traffic flow in East China, the types and number of East China’s air traffic control equipments are in a geometric growth, the requirement of equipment support headcount is also growing fast, however lacking methodologies on equipment management and operational support cannot meet the requirement of the fast growing industry. In this situation, in order to improve the efficiency of equipment management on a daily basis, there is a great value to establish an equipment management system to control a standardized equipment management process, and provides support of decision making based on the analysis of the equipments.This thesis is based on a requirement analysis on the air traffic control business, complete the business specification of the system, and design and implement the system model, and investigate into the equipment troubleshooting and forecasting base one the analysis on the historical trouble data. The investigating work in this thesis includes the following topics:1. This thesis analyzes the current situation of equipment management in East China ATMB, completes the requirement analysis of the air traffic control oriented equipment information system. According to air traffic control management, lists the various aspects of the current problems in the practical work from equipment early management to operational management, maintenance management to parts management, and provides the improvement solution based on the international experiences of efficient parts management. Early management is also called basic management, classify the various equipments and standardize the equipment coding specification. In operational management, by recording the changing parameters on a daily basis, understand the current situation of the running equipments in a timely manner. When error occurs, follow an optimized process to improve the efficiency and accumulate experiences and standardize and improve the process in parts maintenance and allocation. In parts management, establish the model of parts consumption and inventory; control the inventory in a reasonable cost range by setting the minimum inventory volume of the equipments. Base on the collected basic data, analyze the statistics of equipment status, operation and trouble, provide the decision making ability in equipment management.2. This thesis completes the design of system architecture, using a standard relational database, and B/S architecture based on the J2EE platform. Oracle database is adopted and use web browser as the client tool. The server end is constructed on Java application server, using the standard MVC model, and encapsulates the business logic in the sub system modules, including the access control, business process control and SMS/Email interfaces, etc.3. This thesis is based on the object oriented design concepts, analyzes the data objects in the business and designed the database model, and designs the business logic by using the UML diagrams, and finally completes the detail design of the main modules of the system. First, in daily inspection innovates the structural storage optimization, extracts the key parameters from the various inspection tables and record the inspection status each time, to enforce the inspection according to the longitudinal analysis on a specified parameter. Second, improves the troubleshooting processes; effectively coordinates the resources between trouble detection, handling, report and analysis. Then, analyzes the model of parts consumption and inventory, designs the algorithm of maximum and minimum inventory volume, and optimizes the process if parts allocation, improves the efficiency of process and management. Finally, in trouble trend analysis, base on a weighted moving average method and exponential smoothing method, provides an improved algorithm, adds a season factor, this design not only retains the characteristics of its own smoothing method, but also improves accuracy of data by incorporating the actual situation.4. In the verification of the system, verifies the whole life cycle management from the registration of the storage device to daily inspection, trouble shooting, and the final scrap, and analyzes the system performance from the 4 aspects of registration, query, print and statistical analysis. Finally, by measuring the major technique indicators and economy indicators in the industry, compares and analyzes the data before and after running the system in real environment, verifies the this thesis achieved the study object of effective equipment management.This thesis through the research of equipment management system, realizes improvement efficiency to reduce risk, improve equipment safeguard ability in East China ATMB.
