Abstract


The emergence of 3G networks has brought new communication technology, mobile communication terminals to achieve the information reaches the convenience, but also played a part WEB2.0 interaction and participation, so all kinds of information on the phone released gradually into the people's lives and learning. This article is in this context, explore studying a through mobile terminals for the school or training institution serving mobile education platform that online education with the traditional mode of teaching and complementary functions, anytime, anywhere, quickly and teach parties, teachers, trainees communication links. With a handheld wireless device and software fully integrated wireless communications technology that allows people to have access to new educational experience, this approach to learning can be called mobile education (Mobile-Learning), the current WAP technology makes M-Learning very suitable for E-Learning courses in some specific areas, such as hair notification, students or between students and teacher exchanges between the instant feedback and efficient multiple-choice tests, and daily guidance, browse course learning materials, retrieval and topic specific information and so on. M-Learning but there are many problems led to the development is slow, such as wireless device screen is too small, problem solving slow due to fast information processing, and limited storage capacity. Therefore, it's such a service can not replace the classroom and online education, combining several complementary education before they can maximize the value. In this paper, the characteristics of mobile education, training institutions analyzed business characteristics and learning needs of users to design mobile learning platform framework (Web Service Mobile Client) and the main function of the page, using SQLServer or build Mysql database, IIS or Apache build Web Server based platform, and then using the now popular XML static page generation, combined with the development of the BlackBerry JDE and a range of development tools, via TCP / IP protocol for HTTP connections and server communication connection, the data returned from the hair into circulation The string can be applied identify and analyze the desired properties, coupled with the unique PUSHMAIL Blackberry mobile phone client service so that it can receive at any time, such as on education platform announcements, messages, programs and other information, and the first time to read to this information. This paper studies the contents are: firstly introduces the characteristics and training institutions, educational status of mobile education at home and abroad, and then from the technical theory, educational theory and design theory describes the three aspects of education platform based on mobile terminal realization of the principle, focusing on the development of mobile devices and wireless communication status, J2ME develop the necessary theoretical basis, followed by the establishment of distance education platform and the corresponding XML Web Service script, and then build a system description of the Blackberry mobile platform for distance education training institutions in the UI of the client design framework and content, and finally through Netbeans development tools, as well as Blackberry SDK MIDP application development and design, complete with WebService Communications BlackBerry client, and targeted analysis of the actual development process in building and technical difficulties encountered and solutions programs.
