Abstract


For quickly promoting the equipment level of trunk line railroad power, the railroad department, based on the total request of "usher in an advanced technique, unite design production, create Chinese brand", has carried out the big power communicate of 6000 horsepower to spread an internal combustion engine car technique to usher in domestic item contract. HXn5 type motorcycle uses the most advanced AC transmission one of GE company- AC6000 type motorcycle- as the prototype car. By introducing the advanced design and manufacturing technique of GE, the independent development ability and production manufacturing ability of the local motorcycle manufacturing are gradually raised. Furthermore, industry technique platform for internal combustion engine car of big power AC transmition is set up.This text focuses on the research of assembly welding technique of the HXn5 type motorcycle car. According to the present research of assembly welding technique of local motorcycle, theory analysis and expired mode are conducted to analyze the deformation, the technique parameter, the surface flatness and the welding sew quality. This text uses the new development HXn5 type motorcycle as the represent car type, a assembly welding technique is studied in order to obtain the deformation reason and the impact factor of weld quality. By use of PFMEA, the craft of the real results work is analyzed to reduce the product manufacturing time and cost, to increase the image and competition ability of the enterprise, to continuously raise the product quality and credibility and finally to improve the customer satisfaction. In order to achieve the expectation target, PDCA is used to circularly improve product quality. Aimming at five aspects of personnel, environment and equipments, material and craft, a stage target is built up. Through the three stages circulation of PDCA, the welding deformation, the quality problem of fixed position accuracy and the product quality are improved.With the improvement of assembly welding technique, the product quality is improved steadily. From the small batch quantity production on a trial basis to the batch quantity production, the production ability of a day one set is achieved and the domestic blank of this item is filled up.
